Department of Islamic Affairs in Dubai
It looks like the Department of Islamic Affairs in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, publishes two Islamic magazines:
Dubai Sun (English) and Al Dyaa Magazine (Arabic), both of which can be read on-line.
As of now, I don't know if these magazines work with freelancers.
