The Pen Writing Competition for Muslim Youth

I could not discern who is sponsoring the following competition, but it appears to be based in the United Arab Emirates and open to international participants:

"The Pen Writing Competition is an international short story writing competition designed to find talent within Muslim youth. This competition mainly encourages creativity and an Islamic touch in your stories."

Also:

"We are pleased to announce that there are valuable prizes for the first, second and third place winners in each of our five topics. Not to mention that we will PUBLISH an anthology of all the winning stories!"

The deadline for this competition is April 27, 2010
