Wanted: Freelance Editor/Writer and or Photographer

I came across this ad for a freelance writer/editor/photographer for a small newspaper targeting Arab readers in Philadelphia. This may or may not be worth your time (depending on what the newspaper is actually about), but beware that it is a non-paying market. If anyone knows more, please post a comment.
