Perceptions Magazine

"Perceptions Magazine is a publication of the Western Perception of Islam Center, a branch of the Kuwait Cultural Complex, and is sponsored by the Mininstry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs and the Grand Mosque of Kuwait."

Visit the contact page on the magazine's website for information on submitting articles. The website is outdated, and I don't know whether this is a paying market.
