Here is an interesting website dedicated to Islam and Science Fiction:

The creator of this site has gone through some lengths to identify Muslim science fiction authors and mentions of Islam in secular science fiction (literature, movies, etc.). It seems like this would be an excellent resource for anyone interested in this topic.
