This newspaper contained a few articles, but was mostly comprised of ads.

Islamic Ink
Islamic Ink was the free quarterly online magazine of the Islamic Writers Alliance and has been replaced by the IWA Magazine, which is a paying market.

IslamOnline.Net
IslamOnline.net (IOL) still exists but is now only published in Arabic. A new English-language site (OnIslam.net) has been created by the founders of IOL. OnIslam.net is a paying market.

Each section of IslamOnline.Net had its own editor and guidelines for writers.

Rates: Rates for articles tended to fall in the $75-$100 range.

Islamica Magazine
According to their website, "Islamica aims to broaden perspectives on Islam and to provide a voice to Muslims to articulate their concerns while establishing cross-cultural relations between Muslims and their neighbors and co-religionists." It is a glossy magazine that comes out quarterly.

This is a newspaper published in the UK.

Our Rising Star
Our Rising Star was a bi-monthly family magazine based in Washington State. The target audience was mothers with young children.

SAL.AM Magazine
A new UK-based magazine whose first issue was scheduled for publication in Dec. 2008. It was to be a paying market.

SAL.AM is still around but has rebranded itself as a social networking site. I am not sure if the first issue of the magazine was ever published.

This is a newspaper published in San Diego, California.
The website for this newspaper still exists but displays an outdated issue. It is unclear if this newspaper is still publishing, perhaps on a sporadic basis.
